Chip Hartranft
Over the past 20 years, Chip Hartranft has developed a powerful integration of yoga movement (asana) and mindfulness meditation (vipassana). Since 1978, Hartranft has offered weekly classes in the Boston area that have taught thousands of students how to transform asana practice into a vehicle for awakening.
A physical therapist, he has also worked with countless men, women, and children to achieve structural integration through YogaTherapy. In 1988, he created BodyMindConnection, a healing program that teaches mind-body skills to people under stress. Hartranft has taught at the New England School of Acupuncture. |
