Sri Dharma Mittra
Dharma Mittra has been a dedicated teacher and spiritual guide in New York City since the 1960s. A karma yogi for his guru, Swami Kailashananda, he is known to thousands of yoga students through his Ultimate Yoga Chart of 908 Yoga Postures, and is one of the world's most beloved yoga teachers. He is founder of the Dharma Yoga Center, formally known as the Yoga Asana Center, in New York City. A "teacher's teacher," Dharma Mittra has taught hundreds of people teaching yoga today. |
