In this workshop, we create a sacred circle and learn practical tools to transform traumatic life events into the stepping-stones of emotional healing. Terry Hunt and Maggie Zellner challenge us to discover effective and loving responses to current stressful situations in our families, intimate relationships, and friendships, as well as with authority figures.

The task of emotional healing is to embrace all of our feelings and become fully alive. Without emotional healing, healthy pleasure in current relationships is impossible to cultivate. In a safe environment, we use music, intensive breathing, meditation, and bioenergetic movement to help us access, express, and release blocked emotions from childhood. Together we:
  • Learn physical exercises that help us gain a better sense of reality
  • Explore ways to increase our feelings of aliveness and capacity for deep emotion
  • Discover techniques to deepen connectedness
  • Move from codependence to aliveness, learn to validate ourselves, and find intimacy through autonomy and healthy personal boundaries
  • Learn how to enjoy ourselves and pursue a fulfilling life
Terry Hunt, EdD, is a nationally known psychologist and coauthor of Emotional Healing; Secrets to Tell, Secrets to Keep; and Addiction as Transformation. marketstreethealth.com
